Welcome to HERB DC! If you're a first-time donor, we have a simple two-step screening process to keep things safe for our drivers and for you.

1. Take a picture of your 21+ photo ID
2. Take a selfie of yourself holding your 21+ photo ID

We deliver to:

• Washington DC (Wards 1–6)
• Virginia — Arlington, Pentagon City, Alexandria, Falls Church, Lincolnia, Annandale, McLean, Springfield
• Maryland — Bladensburg, Hyattsville, College Park, Greater Landover, Silver Spring, Langley Park, Takoma Park, Bethesda

Delivery fees:

• For areas in red: $10 delivery fee for orders under $100
• For areas within the blue perimeter: Fees and order minimums vary by location and distance — reach out for details
• For areas around or past the 495 Beltway: Text or call (202) 649-0515 to inquire about rates

Yes — our team gets every order to you as quickly as possible once it's placed.

• Delays can happen during high-volume periods or heavy traffic. We'll keep you posted on any updates, and pickup is available as an alternative during busy times — reach out for the pickup location.
• Scheduled deliveries are handled first come, first served.
