I am new to HERB DC and ready to place an order. What do I need to know?

Welcome to HERB DC! If you are a first time donor with us, we have a simple 2-step screening process to ensure safety for our drivers and for the donors

Step 1: Please take a picture of your photo ID

Step 2: Please take a selfie of yourself holding your ID

Once you have submitted the following items to our dispatch line (202) 649 – 0515 a dispatcher will reach out and confirm your order.


Where do you deliver?

WE DELIVER TO:

  • Washington DC (Wards 1-6 ).

  • Virginia (Arlington, Pentagon City, Alexandria, Falls Church, Lincolnia, Annandale, McLean, Springfield)

  • Maryland (Bladensburg, Hyattsville, College Park, Greater Landover, Silver Spring, Langley Park, Takoma Park, Bethesda)

    DELIVERY FEES:

    • $10 delivery fee for ALL order’s under $100.

    • $20 delivery fee to ALL orders in Zone B. Locations near or slightly past the 495.

(All areas around the 495. Please reach out to our number to inquire about areas past the 495).

Is there a minimum order requirement?

NO. Delivery fees vary.

How do I place an order?

Add your items to the cart and once you’re ready to check out, fill out the contact form. Once you’ve submitted your order, you will receive a text message confirmation. Our team ensures a timely delivery as orders come.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, our team ensures a timely delivery once your order is received.

A few things to note:

  • Delays may occur due to high-volume and/or traffic.

    We will always make sure to keep you informed of any delays or of any new updates. Pick-ups are encouraged during these times!

  • We do our best with specific scheduled delivery times. OUR POLICY IS FIRST COME FIRST SERVE.

*Note that our drivers do not carry cash- exact donation amount is recommended.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash on delivery.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes we do! Please check out our “DAILY SPECIALS” page for current deals.

CAN DISCOUNTS BE STACKED TOGETHER?

Deals and discounts cannot be stacked together. Should you have further questions, please reach out to dispatch.
