Welcome to HERB DC! If you are a first time donor with us, we have a simple 2-step screening process to ensure safety for our drivers and for the donors

Once you have submitted the following items to our dispatch line: (202) 649–0515, a dispatcher will reach out to confirm your registration and order.

• Virginia (Arlington, Pentagon City, Alexandria, Falls Church, Lincolnia, Annandale, McLean, Springfield)

• Maryland (Bladensburg, Hyattsville, College Park, Greater Landover, Silver Spring, Langley Park, Takoma Park, Bethesda)

• DELIVERY FEES:

  • FOR ALL AREAS IN RED:

    $10 delivery fee for orders under $100+

  • FOR ALL AREAS OUTSIDE OF THE RED, BUT WITHIN THE BLUE PERIMETER:

  • FOR AREAS AROUND OR PAST THE 495 BELTWAY:

How do I place an order?

Add your items to the cart and once you’re ready to check out, fill out the contact form. Once you’ve submitted your order, you will receive a text message confirmation. Our team ensures a timely delivery as orders come.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, our team ensures a timely delivery once your order is received.

A few things to note:

• Delays may occur due to high-volume and/or traffic.

  We will always make sure to keep you informed of any delays or of any new updates-Pick-ups are encouraged during these times! Please reach out for our pick-up location.

• While we do our best to accommodate scheduled deliveries, please note, we do go by a first come first serve model.
